Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 2015 No. 835 "About approval of the Regulations on the data sets which are subject to promulgation in the form of open data" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 85, Art. 2850; 2025, No. 82, the Art. 5588) and of April 4, 2025 No. 439 "Some questions of state regulation of the prices for medicines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 39, the Art. 2620, No. 74, Art. 5099; 2026, No. 34, the Art. 2311, No. 53, the Art. 3604) changes which are applied.

1. Undressed Ministry of Health of appendix to the Regulations on the data sets which are subject to promulgation in the form of open data, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 21, 2015 No. 835, to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"National price catalog".
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2025 No. 439:
1) according to the procedure of summarizing of the prices of medicines, approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 3:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"The marginal reference prices are determined taking into account such identical characteristics as trade name, the international unlicensed name, release form, dosage, quantity of units of medicine in packaging, and also in the presence information on producer of medicine, the owner of the registration certificate on medicine and/or the commercial representative of the owner in reference country of incorporation of medicine (further - identical characteristics) in at least four reference countries.";
