About features of the room under customs regimes of the goods which are subject to obligatory confirmation of their compliance
According to Article 154 of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that the Republic of Belarus imported on customs area the goods which are subject to obligatory confirmation of their compliance to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation and standardization (except the goods specified in Item 2 of this resolution), are located under customs regimes in case of representation of the following documents to customs authority:
two copies of the certificate of conformity issued by accredited body on certification (further - certification body) on the goods which are subject to obligatory certification;
two copies of the declaration of conformity which is drawn up by the receiver of goods and registered in relevant organ on certification on the goods which are subject to declaring of their compliance, or two copies of the certificate of conformity on these goods issued by certification body.
On one of copies of the documents specified in part one of this Item, the receiver of goods specifies number and date of commodity-transport superimposed (consignment note) on imported goods (batch) on the back.
In case of customs clearance of goods the official of customs authority on copies of the documents specified in part one of this Item whom the receiver of goods specifies number and date of commodity-transport superimposed (consignment note) on the imported batch does mark about number and date of issue of the certificate on goods placement under the declared customs regime and certifies these data personal number seal. Such copies (with mark of customs authority) are subject to return to the customs applicant, and the second copy of this document remains in customs authority.
