This law shifts parts (1), (2) and (3) Articles 2, Item b) parts (3) and part (4) Articles 4, part (2) Articles 6, of part (1), (2), Item c) parts (4), parts (5), (5a) and (6) Articles 11, article 11a, part (3) Articles 12, part (3) Articles 13, Article 14, of part (1) and (2) Articles 16, part (1) articles 18a, parts (1) and (2) Article 19 and article 19a of the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2011/36/EU of April 5, 2011 about the prevention and suppression of human trafficking and protection of the victims of human trafficking, and also about the replacement of the Framework decision of Council 2002/629/JAI published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 101 of April 15, 2011, CELEX: 32011L0036, taking into account the changes made by the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2024/1712 of June 13, 2024.
Art. I. - In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
