About transfer of separate functions in the field of migration to the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of forming of single system of public administration in the field of migration, enhancement of regulation of entrance, stay, accommodation, labor activity, registration and accounting of foreign citizens and stateless persons, elimination of duplication of functions of state bodies, increase in efficiency of provision of the state services, according to article 4 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", Articles 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Transfer to the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic of function of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding registration and issue of the documents connected with entrance, stay and implementation of labor activity of foreign citizens including:

1) registrations and issues of Single permission;

2) registrations and issues of the resident map of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also maintaining the corresponding information systems.

2. To the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer process of provision of the state services specified in Item 1 of this Decree to outsourcing.

3. Transfer to the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic of function of public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in part:

1) registrations and issues of the residence permit of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) considerations of questions of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic within the competence established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) registration and accounting of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the place of stay and the residence, including maintaining the corresponding information systems and base.
