1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction to financing of criminal activities and to legalization (washing) of the criminal income" of November 14, 2025 No. 739 the following changes:

1) as a part of the Commission on questions of counteraction to financing of the criminal activities and legalization (washing) of the criminal income formed by the above-stated resolution:

"the head of the National agency of virtual assets and blokcheyn-technologies in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;";

2) in Regulations on the procedure for conducting check of execution of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of counteraction to financing of criminal activities and to legalization (washing) of the criminal income approved by the above-stated resolution:
