About rendering social services by the commercial organizations

For the purpose of attraction to rendering social services in the form of stationary social servicing of the commercial organizations, forming of conditions for market development of social services and based on part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 No. 424-Z "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus", the paragraph of the eighth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 419-Z "About public procurements of goods (works, services)", the paragraph of third Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2023 "About taking measures in the field of pricing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 171

1. Determine that:

1.1. the commercial organizations rendering social services in the form of the stationary social servicing (further - the commercial organizations) having the right to participate in the state social order in the field of social servicing (further - the state social order) realized by local executive and administrative organs (further - paradise - and the Gorispolkoms).

The additional requirement about availability of bed fund of not lower than 10 percent from general bed fund of object of social servicing of the commercial organization, but at least 5 beds is imposed to participants of procedures of public procurements of the social services in the form of stationary social servicing (further - social services) rendered within the state social order, except as specified implementation of public procurements according to Items 1, of 4, of the 11 and 12 appendix to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About public procurements of goods (works, services)".
