Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 328 "Some questions of providing the population with food products in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1415, No. 54, Art. 3177; 2023, No. 30, the Art. 1660, No. 96, the Art. 5731) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 328

1. In the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the word "it is determined as the territories of possible fighting respectively" to replace with the word "are included".

2. Add item 4 with subitems 10 and 11 of the following content:

"10) in case of need to provide free issue of flour and/or grain, and/or pasta, and/or bread and bakery products of short storage for:

healthcare institutions and/or houses nursing homes for citizens of advanced age and persons with disability and/or the educational institutions relating to the state and utility pattern of ownership;

socially unprotected persons in particular living in the territories which are included in the list of the territories in which are conducted fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the development of communities and the territories approved by the Ministry (was conducted);
