For the purpose of the prevention of antitrust violations, according to article 28 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the competition", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for issue of caution about inadmissibility of making of actions which can lead to antitrust violation of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for issue of cautions about inadmissibility of making of actions which can lead to antitrust violation" of July 27, 2015 No. 534.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines organizational activities of the state antimonopoly authority and its territorial subdivisions (further - antimonopoly authority) by regulation of question of issue of cautions of inadmissibility of making of actions which can lead to antitrust violation of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - caution).
