According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", for the purpose of assistance of safety and banking system stability, prevention of the crisis phenomena during introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Rules of work of the banks in connection with introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 25, 2022 No. 23 (with changes), the following changes:

The subitem 3 of Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3) do not apply the signs determined in subitems 2, of 7, of 18, of the 25th Item 165, subitems 2, 3 Items 166 of the Section XVIII of the Provision No. 351, in case of determination of class of debtors/partners (except debtors/partners whose class taking into account requirements of Items 24-26 of the Section II of Provisions No. 351 is determined by bank as of February 24, 2022 as 10/5/2), to conditions of contracts with whom the changes connected with debt restructuring (short-term/long-term) in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions are made:

the necessity of debt restructuring is caused by financial difficulties of the debtor/partner owing to military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine;
