In recent years in our country the large-scale work directed to radical enhancement of the institutional and legal basis of reliable protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of women from oppression and violence and also on implementation of system of rendering social services to the women who were affected by oppression and violence and to their minor children is carried out.

In particular, the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan is determined as authorized body by work with the women and children who underwent to oppression and violence the acts of the legislation regulating rendering social services to the women who were affected by oppression and violence and to their minor children are adopted.
