About modification of the Regulations on procedure for storage by the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine of documents in the conditions of the special period

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of updating of the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning document storage in the conditions of the special period of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in Regulations on the Procedure for storage by the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine of documents in the conditions of the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 29, 2019 No. 143 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

in Item 1 of the word and figures "Rules of reception-transmission of documents of the banks stopping banking activity on archive storage in the National Bank of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 20, 2019 No. 81 (further - 81)" shall be replaced with words Rules also in figures "Rules of reception-transmission of the documents for archive storage in the industry Public Records Office of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 03, 2026 No. 22 (further - Rules 22)";

in Item 3 the word and figures", Rules 81" to exclude;

To replace 2) in Item 18 of the Section V of figure "81" with figures "22".
