About modification of the Regulations on implementation of transactions with currency values

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", for the purpose of unification of approaches for implementation of payment transactions on the payment accounts opened at non-bank payment service providers as it is provided for the current accounts of clients opened in banks the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Make to the section V Regulations on implementation of transactions with currency values, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of January 02, 2019 No. 2 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 37:

the second offer of paragraph two to exclude;

to add Item after paragraph two with two new paragraphs the third, fourth the following content:

"The amount of means which arrived in foreign currency because of limits of Ukraine for transfer into the payment account of physical person is enlisted by the non-bank payment service provider into the payment account of this physical person in national currency (on the selling rate of foreign currency to the bank established according to the agreement signed between bank and the non-bank payment service provider).

The amount of information on the payer and the receiver specified in paragraphs second and third Item 37 of the Section V of this provision shall correspond to amount of information provided by part one of article 14 of the Law on ChVK/FT.".
