2. Approve the Program of priority reforms for enhancement of infrastructure makhally and to giving of appearance of New Uzbekistan to them (further - the Program of reforms in махаллях) according to appendix No. 1*.
3. Assign to deputy prime ministers D. Kuchkarov and A. Ramatov, the chairman of Association makhally Uzbekistan K. Kuranbayev the personal responsibility for ensuring execution of the Program of reforms in махаллях and achievement of the established target indicators.
4. Determine the main directions of economic reforms:
(a) creation of the conditions necessary for excess by gross domestic product of amount of 240 billion US dollars till 2030, bringing amount of gross domestic product to 167 billion US dollars in the current year by transfer of spheres and industries into model of technological growth;
