1. Bring in the Procedure for issue of the conclusion about prolongation of deadlines of the calculations for separate transactions on export and commodity import established by National Bank, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 13, 2019 No. 104 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 17, the Art. 592, No. 90, Art. 3000; 2026, No. 64, the Art. 4360), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and is applied to the termination or cancellation of warlike situation.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for issue of the conclusion about prolongation of deadlines of the calculations for separate transactions on export and commodity import established by National Bank

1. Add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"in case of accomplishment of the external economic agreements (contracts) of delivery of the goods classified in goods items by codes it agrees UKTVED 1001, of 1002, of 1003, of 1004, of 1005, of 1201, of 1205, 1206 of 00, of 1507, of 1512, of 1514, of 2306, but no more, than for 180 days.".

2. In appendix 1 to the Procedure to exclude the following line items:

Barley 1003".
