About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning modernization of the amount of cash cover

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part the second article 125 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (2013, 458) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 34-35, in the following edition:

"2. Cash cover of faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection shall provide sufficient material conditions for proper accomplishment of service duties by them taking into account nature, intensity and danger of work, to provide selection of qualified personnel, to stimulate achievement of good results in office activities, to compensate physical and intellectual costs of faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection.

Face of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection receive cash cover which amount is determined depending on position, special rank, service life, intensity and conditions of service, qualification, availability of academic degree and/or academic status.

Cash cover of faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection consists from:

1) official pay rate;

2) salary on special rank;

3) length-of-service allowances;

4) awards;

5) other types of cash cover (including permanent nature and one-time) determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Cash cover of faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection (except cadets (listeners) of higher educational institutions with specific conditions of training which belong to the sphere of management of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection) at the rate on month cannot constitute less than 10 sizes of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established for January 1 of calendar year.
