About additional measures for implementation of modern services in the state provision of pensions

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 26, 2025 with No. UP-105 "About Measures for Implementation of Modern Services by Committee of Treasurer Service and the Off-budget Pension Fund under the Ministry of Economics and Finance", and also further improvement of quality of the services rendered to citizens by digitalization of system of the state provision of pensions I decide:

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of digitalization of the rendered services in provision of pensions:

(a) ensuring full translation of the services rendered to citizens in interactive and pro-active forms till January 1, 2027;

(b) eradication of bureaucratic obstacles by broad use of digital technologies in the field of.

II. Simplification of procedure for purpose of pensions and implementation of new services

2. Establish procedure according to which the following services of provision of pensions are rendered in pro-active form without reclamation from citizens of the separate address at the same time citizens are granted the right to refusal of the pensions granted in pro-active form:

(a) since November 1, 2026 award of pension on age for two years before generally established age to persons recognized as the unemployed in connection with reducing amount of work or liquidation of the company;

(b) since January 1, 2027 award of pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter.

3. Determine that the following services are performed at the request of citizens in interactive form by means of the centers of the state services or the Single portal of interactive state services of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on their address:

(a) since November 1, 2026 - award of pension on favorable terms to persons who were engaged at works with harmful and severe conditions of work, and also other persons having pension entitlement with reducing generally established age;
