1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 12, 2026 No. 167 "About establishment of the amount of assignments from the rates performed by the organizer of gaming performing activities of bookmaker office or the totalizator sent to the single operator performing activities for distribution of the off-budget money aimed at the development of physical culture and sport in fund of National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on development of the Olympic sports and public fund "Kazakstan Halkyna", and also on functioning of single system of accounting and ensuring activities of the legal entity providing functioning of single system of accounting and determination of proportions of the direction of assignments" the following change:

"2. Determine the following proportions of the direction of the assignments withheld by the legal entity providing functioning of single system of accounting, in the amount of, established in Item 1 of this resolution:

1) to the single operator performing activities for distribution of the off-budget money aimed at the development of physical culture and sport, 75 (seventy five) percent;

2) in fund of National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on development of the Olympic sports of 7 (seven) percent;
