1. "9-1. Authorized body within interaction with National chamber concerning the organization of support of investment projects:

1) communicates about the investment projects accompanied with National chamber, the course of their realization and problematic issues of investors;

2) interaction in reasonable time performs, the escorts of the investor providing continuity and rapid response to the arising difficulties;

3) jointly develops suggestions for improvement of the legislation and law-enforcement practice in the field of attraction and maintenance of investments.".

2. To provide to committee on investments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
