These rules of rendering the state service "Inclusion in the List of the Industrial Consumers Using the Liquefied Oil Gas as Raw Materials for Production of Petrochemical Products" (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state and socially responsible services" (further - the Law on the state services).";
