1.1.1. develops and approves the local legal act determining procedure and conditions of activities of specialized depositary (further – regulations of specialized depositary);

1.1.2. provides no later than 5 working days from approval date of regulations of specialized depositary, and also all changes and (or) additions made to regulations of specialized depositary, their placement on the official site of specialized depositary on the global computer Internet and also submission to Department on securities of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus;
