For the purpose of increase in level of comfort of motor transportations of passengers in the regular message I decide:

1. Create till July 1, 2027 single state information system of sale of travel documents on motor transportations of passengers in the regular message (further - GIS of sale of tickets).

GIS of sale of tickets is created on the basis of the state information system for making by passengers of long-distance and suburban trips created by the Minsk Gorispolkom based on the state digital platform "Smart City (Region)" at the expense of means of innovative fund of the Minsk Gorispolkom, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

2. For the purposes of this Decree terms are used in the values determined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2007 No. 278-Z "About road transport and motor transportations".

3. Determine that:

3.1. GIS of sale of tickets is intended for seat booking for journey *, sales of travel documents and luggage receipts on suburban, long-distance and international motor transportations of passengers and baggage in the regular message (further - motor transportations of passengers), provisions to physical persons of the data specified in paragraphs the fifth or eleventh subitem 3.3 of this Item;

3.2. when using GIS sales of tickets (further - subjects of information relations) concern to subjects of information relations:

operators of motor transportations of passengers;

legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, including foreign, - owners of passenger terminals, information systems (resources) by means of which are performed seat booking for journey, sale of travel documents and luggage receipts on motor transportations of passengers (further - owners of passenger terminals, electronic services of sale of tickets);
