"9. For accounting of acts of the inventory the book of accounting of acts of the inventory, assessment and (or) reception-transmission of property (further - the book of accounting) in form according to appendix 2 to these rules is kept.

The book of accounting is kept by authorized body or local executive body in the register of state-owned property in digital format. In the book of accounting acts of the inventory in process of their receipt are registered.

The head of authorized body or local executive body determines the employee responsible for accounting ledger maintenance.
