About entering of amendments into the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 2, 2019 No. 612 "About approval of Rules of transportation of goods by railway transport"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 2, 2019 No. 612 "About approval of Rules of transportation of goods by railway transport" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19188) the following amendments:

in Rules of the transportation of goods by railway transport approved by the specified order:

add item 4 with subitem 5-1) of the following content:

"5-1) handling capacity of the site of infrastructure - the maximum quantity of trains and couples of trains which can be passed on the site of infrastructure for settlement period of time (days) depending on technical and technological capabilities of infrastructure, railway vehicles and methods of the organization of train service taking into account the omission of trains of different categories;";

add with Items 21-1, 21-2 and 21-3 of the following content:

"21-1. The priority of consideration of requests (plans) of consignors and implementation of transportation of goods in the conditions of insufficiency of handling capacity of the site of infrastructure is determined according to Items 21-2 and 21-3 of these rules.

21-2. In case of insufficiency of handling capacity of the site of infrastructure on the specific direction of train service the carrier provides consideration, approval of requests of consignors and rendering services in transportation of goods in the following priority:

1) transportations:

performed for recovery of train service and suppression of the fires;
