About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the one-time monetary assistance to persons exempted from places of serving sentence
According to part two of Article 157 of the Penitentiary code of Ukraine and for the purpose of determination of procedure and conditions of payment of the one-time monetary assistance to persons exempted from places of serving sentence I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of the one-time monetary assistance to persons exempted from places of serving sentence (further - the Provision) which are applied.
2. To chiefs of structural divisions of central office of State department of Ukraine concerning execution of punishments (further - Department), its territorial authorities of management, organizations of execution of punishments, pre-trial detention centers to organize studying of this Provision with personnel and to provide unconditional accomplishment of its requirements.
3. To submit to department of legal support and pretentious work of Department (Rizanenko V. M.) this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Department Vysochansky A. F.
