2. Recommend:

1) to economic societies with the state share, to their subsidiaries and mining companies to perform transfer of car tires and tires pneumatic, former in the use, to specialized enterprise for conversion;

2) to local government bodies within the competence to organize places of collection and temporary storage of car tires and tires pneumatic, former in the use, for the population, the organizations with the subsequent export by specialized enterprise;

3) to provide to specialized enterprise collection, transportation, storage, conversion and accounting of the transferred car tires and tires pneumatic, former in the use, according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the treatment of production wastes and consumption.
