For the purpose of settlement of provision of pensions of the military personnel and law enforcement officers of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 19, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for enhancement of provision of pensions of the military personnel" of October 18, 2024 No. 299 the following change:
- in the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the word "before subsequent change of the size of pension" to exclude.
2. This Decree becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
