1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 253 the following changes:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- Item 2 after words "the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic" to add with words "The budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- in Item 12:
paragraphs twelfth, thirtieth and forty third subitem 1 to recognize invalid;
add subitem 1 with paragraphs of the following content:
"-develops and implements new financial instruments and mechanisms within competence of the Ministry, including mechanisms of forming and use of means of the account of mitigation of public debt, and also other tools directed to attraction of financial resources and increase in effective management of the state financial assets and obligations;
- provides development and functioning of system of the interbudget relations, including the analysis, monitoring and preparation of offers on its enhancement;
- coordinates interaction with local government bodies concerning forming, distribution and use of interbudget financial resources;
- approves the register and performs financing of construction objects, capital repairs and reconstruction by release of the government treasury bonds;
