About procedure of payments and expense recovery for pensions for work with special working conditions

Based on the paragraph of the sixth Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2005 No. 536 "About lists of the productions, works, professions, positions and indicators granting pension entitlement on age for work with special working conditions" the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure of payments and expense recovery for pension payment for work with special working conditions it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social protection of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 1999 No. 29 "About approval of procedure for expense recovery for pension payment for work with special working conditions, appointed taking into account the periods of work which special conditions are not confirmed in accordance with the established procedure" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 44, 8/363).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
