2. Item 3 of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of November 22, 2006 No. 143 "On regulation of depository activity" (2007, No. 5, 8/15494) to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
3. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts concerning depository activity according to appendix.
4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2007.
Item 1 of this resolution is effective before entry into force of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 with No. 277 "About some questions of regulation of the security market" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 71, 1/7529).
