About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 24, 2025 No. 894 "About some questions of optimization of subjects of the quasi-public sector and objects of state-owned property"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 24, 2025 No. 894 "About some questions of optimization of subjects of the quasi-public sector and objects of state-owned property" the following changes:

7) based on the decision of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan entering into Government office of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the draft of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan providing inclusion of object in the list.";

"11. In case of the positive recommendation of State commission the question is submitted for consideration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

12. Based on the decision of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan the authorized body of the corresponding industry or local executive body develop the corresponding draft of the resolution and provide introduction it in Government office of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In case of availability of the decision of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on several objects which are under authority of different state bodies, the corresponding draft of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan is developed and introduced in Government office of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body on state planning.";
