About modification and amendments in the Family code of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Family code of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 13, 1998 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1998, No. 22, Art. 303; 2006, No. 4, Art. 196; 2008, No. 3, Art. 201; 2010, No. 7, Art. 546; 2011, No. 3, Art. 177, No. 12, Art. 855; 2013, No. 3, Art. 195; 2015, No. 11, Art. 960; 2016, No. 3, Art. 143, No. 11, Art. 881; 2017, No. 1-2, of Art. 18; 2024, No. 1-2, of the Art. 15, Art. 16; 2025, No. 11-12, of the Art. 884) following changes and amendments:

1. In Articles 4 and 5 of the word "the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on family" shall be replaced with words "the family legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan".

2. In Article 8:

- part 1 after words", bodies" and "conditions" respectively to add with words of "prosecutor's office", and ", the Ombudsman for Children in the Republic of Tajikistan";

- regarding 2 words "the provided relevant articles of this Code" shall be replaced with words "provided by this Code".

3. In Article 57:
