Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of subitem 8.1.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 2356 of November 17, 2023 "About number of measures for ensuring activities of the State agency of water resources of Azerbaijan" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In the "Rules of application of payments for environmental pollution" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 122 of March 3, 1992. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic (volume I); 2024, No. 6 (the book II), Article 724) to make the following changes:
1.1. State part 4 in the following edition:
"4. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic applies standards of payments for emission of hazardous substances in the atmosphere and placement of waste in the environment, and the State agency of water resources of Azerbaijan applies standards of payments for emission of hazardous substances in reservoirs;
1.2. State part 5 in the following edition:
"5. Admissible amounts of dumping of pollutants into the environment and placements of natural waste for users for the corresponding period are determined by the limits set by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic, and admissible amounts of dumping of pollutants into water objects are determined by the State agency of water resources of Azerbaijan.
