About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Article 1. No. ZR-96 "About the commission on prevention of corruption" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 10.4 of the Law of June 9, 2017 with Item 1.1 of the following content:
"1. 1) after tender completion council does not make the decision on the choice of the winner candidate for position of the member of the commission;".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 23 of the law with Item 1.4 of the following content:
"1. 4) observance of prohibition on participation in processes of purchases by persons holding the state positions, the public employees and participants affiliated with heads of the funds created by the state or the acting as heads of executive bodies included in the levels provided by the subitem "d" of Item 1 of part 2 of article 1 of the Law "About Purchases" and provided by part 4 of article 7 of the Law "About Purchases", persons holding the state positions, the government employees and participants included in the levels provided by the subitem "d" of Item 1 of part 2 of the Law "About Purchases" and part 4 of article 7 of the Law "About Purchases".".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 24 of the law with Item 1.1 of the following content:
"1. 1) considers cases of violation of prohibition on participation in processes of purchases by persons holding the state positions, the public employees and participants connected with heads of the funds created by the state or the acting as heads of executive bodies included in the levels provided by the subitem "d" of Item 1 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law "About Purchases" and provided by part 4 of article 7 of the Law "About Purchases";".
