For the purpose of preparation of the necessary organizational, economic and legal basis of development of entrepreneurship in the conditions of radical updating of economic activity and carrying out privatization in Turkmenistan I decide:

1. Extend operation of the Law of Turkmenistan "About the companies in Turkmenistan" to the registered and operating small enterprises of all forms of business, their creation, reorganization and liquidation.

2. Hyakimam of welayats and Ashgabat, to the ministries and departments to carry out work on timely providing the measures provided by this resolution, for what:

create the commissions on assistance to entrepreneurship and the small enterprises located in the subordinated territory;

hold organizational meetings with heads of the entrepreneurial organizations and small enterprises for practical implementation of this resolution;

make re-registration of the operating small enterprises, having provided conclusion them from direct subordination to the state companies and the organizations, determination of the main activity, and also taxation rates and to inform till December 1, 1992.
