About the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine

Functions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine are:

1) introduction of offers to the President of Ukraine on realization of fundamentals of domestic and foreign policy in the field of homeland security and defense;

2) coordination and control of activities of executive bodies in the field of homeland security and defense in peace time;

3) coordination and control of activities of executive bodies in the field of homeland security and defense in the conditions of warlike or emergency state and in case of the crisis situations menacing to homeland security of Ukraine.
