On regulation of deliveries of flat-rolled holodnokatany products to customs area of the Russian Federation till June 30, 2010
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve amounts of export quotas of flat-rolled holodnokatany products by origin from Ukraine on customs area of the Russian Federation which are subject to licensing till June 30, 2010 which are applied.
2. Determine that distribution of quotas between subjects of foreign economic activity is performed in accordance with the terms of the Agreement between the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation on regulation of deliveries of flat-rolled holodnokatany products by origin from Ukraine on customs area of the Russian Federation.
3. To the Ministry of Economics:
provide export licensing of flat-rolled holodnokatany products within the established quotas;
submit monthly to the 10th of the next period to the State Customs Service information on issue to subjects of foreign economic activity of export licenses of flat-rolled holodnokatany products to the Russian Federation;
inform to the 30th which comes behind reporting quarter, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation concerning use of the export quota.
4. To the State Customs Service:
provide customs clearance of export of flat-rolled holodnokatany products to the Russian Federation based on the licenses granted by the Ministry of Economics;
submit monthly to the 20th of the next period to the Ministry of Economics information on export volumes subjects of foreign economic activity of flat-rolled holodnokatany products to the Russian Federation it agrees the issued Ministry of Economics licenses.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
