2. Recognize to invalid:

2) the subitem 2) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2005 No. 853 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 32, the Art. 445);
