Rules of licensing of judicial and expert activities

1. General provisions

1. These rules are developed according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" (further - the Law), of November 12, 1997 "About judicial examination" and determine procedure for issue of licenses for implementation of judicial and expert activities.
