CHAPTER I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. Restrictions in implementation of the rights of citizens to gather peacefully, without weapon, to freely hold meetings, demonstrations and other public actions in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic are allowed by the Constitution and the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic only for the purpose of providing the rights and freedoms of other persons, public safety, protection of the constitutional system. This Law does not extend to actions:

- carried out by labor collectives, labor unions, the companies, organizations and the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership according to their charters and provisions in the territories occupied by them;
