Approve Regulations on the National agency of ecological investments of Ukraine which are applied.

Approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 30, 2007 No. 977
1. The national agency of ecological investments of Ukraine (National ecoinvestment agency) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. The national ecoinvestment agency in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, this Provision.
The national ecoinvestment agency within the powers and according to the procedure, determined by the legislation, provides accomplishment of acts of the legislation, exercises control of their realization, generalizes practice of application of the legislation on questions which are within its competence, develops and submits proposals concerning enhancement of the legislation.
3. The main tasks of the National ecoinvestment agency are:
participation in forming and ensuring realization of the state investment policy in the field of protection of the surrounding environment and state policy in the field of regulation of negative anthropogenous impact on climate change;
