About the state support of rural producers for carrying out field works

Article 1. During field works to exempt from customs payment, taxes and fees for fuels and lubricants from amount of the state reserve when importing and further delivery for ensuring needs of rural producers for carrying out field works.

Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- determine the amounts of fuels and lubricants necessary for support of rural producers during field works;

- determine procedure for import and distribution of fuels and lubricants from amount of the state reserve for ensuring needs of rural producers during field works;

- provide delivery to territorial otvetkhranitel of each region of fuels and lubricants from amount of the state reserve for ensuring needs of rural producers during field works;

- to annually give the state support to rural producers, victims of natural disasters and located in enclaves, in border, mountain villages, on priority conditions;

- determine the state authorized bodies providing control and responsibility for quality of fuels and lubricants from amount of the state reserve for ensuring needs of rural producers during field works;

- to annually provide information to deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic about rural producers who will be given the state support during field works;

- bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.

Article 3. The legal entities and physical persons connected with activities for ensuring needs of rural producers during field works and which allowed intentional or irresponsible provision to consumers of substandard materials or false information about quality, about amount, change, misstatement or withdrawal without powers, certificates, due on that, marking or other types of official accounting or intentional falsification of tests, bear responsibility according to the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
