About ensuring implementation of investment projects in Turkmenistan
This Law is directed to implementation of investment projects in Turkmenistan in payment for the Turkmen natural gas delivered to Ukraine according to interstate arrangements.
Article 1. The profit of the companies, taxable in the accounting (tax) period, decreases by the profit amount determined is settlement, proceeding from the total amount of taxable profit of the companies and specific weight of the gross income gained in the corresponding accounting (tax) period from works on implementation of investment projects in Turkmenistan according to the Joint Order of the President of Ukraine L. Kuchma and the President of Turkmenistan S. Niyazov "About construction and financing of investment objects of nation-wide value in Turkmenistan" signed on October 4, 2000 in the total amount of the gross incomes of the companies gained during such accounting (tax) period.
Lists of domestic enterprises and investment objects (with obligatory specifying of their name) which are constructed by these companies in Turkmenistan, affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Article 2. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective during the period of implementation of the investment projects determined by contracts (contracts) between the companies of Ukraine and Turkmenistan according to the Joint Order of the President of Ukraine L. Kuchma and the President of Turkmenistan S. Niyazov "About construction and financing of investment objects of nation-wide value in Turkmenistan".
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to bring the decisions into accord with this Law in a month.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Code of Ukraine of 13.03.2012 No. 4495-VI
