About forming, procedure for receipt and use of fund for implementation of actions for mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and social protection of the population
Article 1. Financing of expenses on the actions connected with mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and social protection of the population is carried out by fund for implementation of actions for mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and social protection of the population (further - Fund) and other sources determined by the laws of Ukraine.
The fund is created as a part of the Government budget of Ukraine. Fund is enlisted into the separate account of the Government budget of Ukraine.
Article 2. The procedure for forming of revenues and the direction of use of Fund are determined by the law on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year.
Article 3. Manager of fund is the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash.
Fund is spent only for financing of the actions for mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and social protection of the population provided by the laws of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of the citizens injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" and "About legal regime of the territory which underwent to radioactive pollution as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash".
The list of expenses on implementation of the actions for mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and social protection of the population financed from Fund in the corresponding year affirms the law of Ukraine on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year.
Fund is spent according to the procedure, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Article 4. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
