About some measures for economy of budgetary funds

For the purpose of economy of budgetary funds the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1) ceased to be valid

2) parts the third and fourth article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine" (1997, N 7, the Art. 56) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;

3) part the fifth article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About the public executive service" (1998, Art. N36-37, 243) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2. Suspend part two of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, N 15, of the Art. 190) regarding receipt of food rations by the military personnel or at will monetary compensation instead of them and instead of ware property (except for the military personnel of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, Management of the state protection and Head department of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine using civil clothes which cipher face and departmental accessory of the military personnel), and also action of paragraph one of part one of article 14 of the specified Law regarding providing with the serviceman (except the military personnel of conscription service) and to members of their families of free pass in leave.

3. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
