About procedure for the direction of divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to other states
This Law determines procedure for the direction of divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to other states and conditions of temporary stay in the territory of these states, the principles of forming, the organization of preparation of the specified divisions and guarantee of social protection of faces of their military and civil personnel, members of their families.
In this Law terms are used in the following value:
the division of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - military division which treats land forces (troops of land defense) of air, naval, special forces (troops), forces of special transactions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has the permanent or temporary organization, is equipped with light arms or heavy military equipment falling under validity about regular armed forces in Europe, is under command of person responsible in front of Ukraine and other state for behavior of the subordinates who shall respect internal discipline, rules of international law, and goes to other state for the purpose of accomplishment of fighting, peacekeeping or humanitarian tasks;
faces of military personnel - the military personnel who passes military service in divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and go to other state;
faces of civil personnel are the persons working according to the employment contract in divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and being citizens of Ukraine.
Divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine can go to other states and stay in the territory of these states only temporarily based on international treaties of Ukraine and according to the procedure and on the conditions determined by the legislation of Ukraine.
