Determine that the total number of the personnel providing activities of organizations of execution of punishments of pre-trial detention centers is determined in the amount of 33 percent from number of persons containing in them personnel of criminal and executive inspection - five percent from number of persons staying on the registry in this inspection.
3. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
