The special economic zone "Rennie" (further - SEZ "Rennie") is created for the term of 30 years in the territory of Rennie's city of Odessa region by total area of 94,36 of hectare within the parcel of land provided in use to Reniysky sea trade port. The original of the card SEZ "Rennie" is stored in Reniysky city council.
2. The purpose of creation of SEZ "Rennie" is investment attraction in priority industries of production for preserving existing and creations of new workplaces, implementations of the latest technologies, assistance to development of foreign economic relations and entrepreneurship, loading of capacities of port complex and development of its infrastructure, increase in deliveries of high-quality products and services, creations of modern production, transport and market infrastructure.
3. In the territory of SEZ "Rennie" the special legal regime of economic activity determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the general beginnings of creation and functioning of special (free) economic zones" taking into account the features established by this Law is set and is effective.
