Article 1. Creation of the special economic zone "Nikolaev"

1. The special economic zone "Nikolaev" (further - SEZ "Nikolaev") is created in the city of Nikolaev for the term of 30 years within the parcels of land provided in use to the ship-building companies:

the state-owned holding joint stock company "Black Sea Shipbuilding Plant" (the area of 340 hectares, including the water area of the river the Southern Bug - 43 hectares);

to open joint stock company "Shipbuilding plant "Okean" (the area of 240 hectares, including the water area of the river the Southern Bug - 30 hectares);

to the state company "Shipbuilding Plant of Name of 61 Communards" (the area of 160 hectares, including the water area of the river the Southern Bug - 40 hectares) and the adjacent territory of 120 hectares of lands of the Nikolaev city council.
