About the special economic zone "Transcarpathia"

This Law determines procedure for creation, functioning and liquidation of the special economic zone "Transcarpathia".

Article 1. Creation of the special economic zone "Transcarpathia"

The purpose of creation of the special economic zone "Transcarpathia" is investment attraction, assistance to development of foreign economic relations, increase in deliveries of high-quality products and services, creation of modern production, transport and market infrastructure.

The special economic zone "Transcarpathia" is created in the territory of the Transcarpathian region for the term of the 30th by the area of 737,9 of years of hectare according to the card of the territory which is integral part of this Law.

Article 2.

Article 3. Governing bodies of the special economic zone "Transcarpathia"

Governing bodies of the special economic zone "Transcarpathia" are:

Transcarpathian regional council and Transcarpathian regional public administration;

body of economic development of the special economic zone "Transcarpathia".

Article 4. Powers of the Transcarpathian regional council and the Transcarpathian regional public administration on management of the special economic zone "Transcarpathia"

The Transcarpathian regional council and the Transcarpathian regional public administration perform the powers according to the legislation of Ukraine taking into account the features determined by this Law.

To powers of the Transcarpathian regional council, except the powers provided by other legislation also belong:

introduction of offers on changes of the mode of economic activity in the territory of the special economic zone "Transcarpathia" according to the procedure, established by the legislation of Ukraine;
