About insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine

This Law determines the legal, economic and organizational principles of creation, forming, maintaining and use of insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine, and also functioning of the state system of insurance fund of documentation.

Section I. General provisions

Article 1. Determination of terms

In this Law the stated below terms are used in the following value:

the state system of insurance fund the dokumentatsiiorganizatsionno-legal structure performing state policy and coordination of works on creation, forming, maintaining and use of insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine and being set of subjects of system of insurance fund of documentation, the insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine, technical means servicing them personnel, regulatory legal acts, organizational and technical actions;

insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine - the arranged bank of the documents fixed on the micrographical film or other compact data carriers accepted on the state accounting and long-term reliable storage;

industry insurance fund of documentation - the bank of documents of insurance fund of documentation created by the relevant ministries and other central executive bodies and which is component of insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine;

regional (regional) insurance fund of documentation - the bank of documents of insurance fund of documentation created respectively by Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local public administrations and, local government bodies and being component of insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine;

the document of insurance fund (documentation) - the document which is on the state accounting in insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine and necessary for delivery to production, operation and repair of products of defense, mobilization and economic appointment for carrying out construction (recovery), rescue and emergency recovery operations during liquidation of emergency situations and during the special period, and also for preserving cultural heritage, on case of loss or spoil of the original document;
